1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vittova, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notification provided through the app.

2. Not Financial Advice

Vittova provides financial education, expense tracking, and spending pattern recognition. We are not a SEBI-registered financial advisor, bank, NBFC, or any regulated financial entity. Any compounding illustrations use assumed rates chosen for illustration; they are not forecasts, and real investments can lose value. Vittova is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser and does not recommend any security, fund, broker or platform. Consider consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making investment decisions.

3. User Accounts

You must be 18 or over to create or use a Vittova account. We ask for your month and year of birth to check this.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Vittova Pro

Vittova Pro is an optional paid subscription.

Pro is sold only through Google Play in the Vittova Android app and is billed by Google Play to your Google account. Before you buy, Google Play shows the plan, its price, how often you are billed and, for an introductory or limited-time offer, the offer price, how long it lasts and the price it renews at. Offer eligibility is decided by Google Play. A student plan is not currently offered.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; Pro then stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies. If a payment is refunded or reversed, Pro ends.

Deleting your Vittova account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first to stop future charges.

Pro features and the free-plan limits are described in the app. We may change what Pro includes or its price for future billing periods; Google Play tells you about a price increase before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

5. Save-to-Earn and sponsored challenges

Save-to-Earn challenges are optional and free to start, and you can stop one at any time without penalty. The Victory Pot is an estimate of spending you may have avoided, based on your own records; it is not money, cannot be withdrawn and has no cash value. XP, levels and badges have no cash value either. Challenges never ask you to skip essential spending such as bills, medicine, food you need or necessary travel.

Sponsored challenges are optional promotions run with third-party sponsors and are always labelled as sponsored. Joining is free and no purchase is needed. Each challenge shows its rule, its fixed reward, how many rewards are left, its dates and its terms before you join. Rewards are vouchers supplied by the sponsor, given in the order challenges are completed while stocks last, and subject to the sponsor's own terms. Vittova decides whether a challenge was completed from the spending you record in Vittova and may withhold a reward where records appear to have been manipulated. A sponsored challenge is not a recommendation of the sponsor's products.

The free plan includes daily and monthly limits (for example on money-coach questions and receipt scans) and rate limits that protect the service. Limits are shown in the app and may change with notice.

While we strive for accuracy in AI-powered features (receipt scanning, transaction categorization, subscription detection), automated processing may occasionally produce errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of imported and categorized data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vittova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any financial losses resulting from reliance on the app's features, projections, or AI-generated suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of India.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by following the steps on the account deletion page. Deletion is permanent; see the Privacy Policy for what is removed and what backups may temporarily retain.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
